Online
real estate-related spending
will surge to an estimated $1.8
bln in 2005, a 55% increase
from 2004 $1.16 bln, according
to Borrell
Associates. Total ad spending
on real estate will increase
to just $11.3 bln in 2005, from
$11.2 bln in 2004. Online share
of real estate ads will grow
to 15.9% in 2005, from 10.3%
in 2004.
